Please note that ALL of the streets within Whittier are Frederick City owned and maintained streets. Any comments, questions or complaints regarding the plowing of the streets should be directed to the City of Frederick, 301-600-1440.

The Homeowners Association is responsible for clearing the mailbox pads and the common sidewalk areas (those sidewalks adjacent to Association owned property, not the sidewalks in front of townhouses or single family homes).
