Home Inspection Forms

Each year homes in Whittier are inspected to make sure they are in compliance with the Covenants and By Laws established by the Whittier Community Association and the Architectural Control Committee.  These guidelines can be reviewed here.

So that residents of Whittier can be better prepared to ensure their homes remain in compliance with these guidelines, the Board has posted here the actual inspection forms used by the individuals performing these inspections:
