Maintenance Violations

  • All homeowners with outstanding maintenance violations receive notice by mail.
  • If your home had a maintenace violation after a recent inspection, please follow this new procedure to obtain your pool passes for the season:
    1. Complete all maintenance work on your home before mailing in a pool application available here.
    2. Once work is complete, mail your pool application to Vanguard Management. By mailing the pool application, you certify that ALL work is complete.
      *NOTE: Do not send in your pool application until all work is COMPLETE!*
    3. Vanguard Management will reinspect your home only when the pool application is received.
    4. Your pool passes will be mailed if your violation is cleared. If your violation does not clear, you will receive written notification by US Mail.
